Brisbane’s wet summer hasn’t been too kind to photographers this year and with a couple of shoots washed out already we seized the opportunity to grab some beautiful afternoon sunlight in West End. Kyron took the time to capture my ever growing little family before we expand to 4.
We really enjoyed ourselves and are very thankful to him, I think the results speak for themselves!

On a humid summer afternoon at Warner Lakes Estate, we met up with Ashleigh, Joel and their cute puppy Nala and had a relaxed creative session by the water.They were so happy to capture this beautiful time and encapsulate this moment before their lives kick into a new gear and change forever.
We had a lot of fun with Ashleigh and Joel and wish them and their brand new family all the best in the future!
Luke and Marnie Married at Sirromet
Luke and Marnie planned a beautiful day at Sirromet Winery in Brisbane. We had a great time capturing their memories and were so happy to be included in their day and treated like family.
Luke and Marnie are so down to earth and what you see is what you get. It’s this simplicity of spirit and love for one another that shine through when we watch them and we wish them the best on a long a happy journey together!
The day was not without its challenges and Jai did an amazing job of going along with the Groomsmen to capture them getting ready, boarding a helicopter and somehow getting to Sirromet before the ceremony started in a very short space of time! The Motionlife team ran like a well oiled machine that day and we managed to capture every moment along the way. We had a lot of fun and Jai learned a few new things about filming helicopters from close range by way of a dust and debris blast wave that nearly knocked him off his feet!

Nat and Shell are amongst our oldest friends and it was with great joy we embarked on a photo shoot together chronicling Shell’s baby bump a month before she was due.
The day’s weather wasn’t on our side, but we didn’t let that stop us from taking some beautiful and fun photos of the happy couple!
Chelsea and Keiren’s Wedding Photos
A Beautiful Wedding at Newstead Park
We have known Chelsea and Keiren for many years, so when they asked us to be their wedding photographers we were delighted! It was a beautifully intimate ceremony at Newstead Park with close family. They both looked fantastic which made our jobs easy and the weather was perfect.
It was quite a quick shoot but we managed to spend just under an hour with the bride and groom before the ceremony to get some great couples wedding photos and then an hour and half with family during and after the wedding ceremony.
All in all, it was a great day and Chelsea and Keiren are an awesome couple. We had a great time sharing in their special day and wish them both a wonderful life together!

A Bonny Hills Vintage Beach Wedding
Jenna and Shaun’s wedding at Bonny Hills was a pure celebration. The couple were ecstatic to finally start their new life together and that emotion made for some great wedding photos!
A gorgeous beach-side setting and genuine vintage style, the ceremony had a great feel. Overall the day was just great fun and I hope it shows in the wedding photos Gallery.

A Gorgeous Hervey Bay Beach Wedding
The rain held off, the bride and groom looked amazing and everyone was on time! Combining together perfectly for a wedding ceremony on the beach in Hervey Bay and portraits at Urangan Pier.
Even with a little sand in the shoes, the weather did make for excellent wedding photography lighting. I think I got some great shots so follow the link to see their wedding photos Gallery.
